Cancellation Policy
Please read before booking or cancelling
⏰ 48-Hour Rule
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before a booking are free with no penalty.
⚠️ Late Cancellations
Cancelling within 48 hours of a scheduled booking will add 1 strike to your account.
🚫 Strike System
- 1 strike — Warning issued
- 2 strikes — Account flagged for review
- 3 strikes — Account may be suspended and a cancellation charge may apply for continued late cancellations
✓ No-Show Policy
Failing to show up for a confirmed booking without cancelling results in an automatic strike.
💬 Disputes
Contact Paira support if you believe a strike was applied in error.

Data & Security
All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Passwords are never stored in plain text. Contact support@pairacare.com to request account deletion.
